Generally, the place was nicely decorated and had competent staff with other receptionist. The breakfast in the morning was warm and extensive and complete with fresh juices, pastries, scrambled eggs.

Spotlessly clean place & extremely helpful staff with other receptionist. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was relaxing! Overall nice and perfect location close enough to the Square of Marques de Pombal and very close to el Corte Inglés as well as Gukbenkian Gardens and Museums.

The unit we got was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with a great view facing front, coffee, for example. Everything was very good, including nice room decor. The location was peaceful and decent for exploring this very nice area, near several restaurants and bars, the Lisbon Zoo, and metros, a shopping mall, parks.

The staff were hospitable, helpful and helped me with private parking. The hotel was in a central location near a big shopping mall. Fast food restaurant Hamburg The Burguer House was 400 metres away from the place.
The bathroom I had was not very comfortable.

The place was special and had immensely pleasant staff with other receptionist, liked the stay. My room was perfectly clean and perfect room with bath/shower, view on the trees, for instance. The location in a safe area was particularly good. Easy access to Humberto Delgado airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away.

It was spotlessly clean, everyone was very attentive. The hotel was in a central setting close to the Corte Inglés department store. I went to nearby Restaurante Grand'elias and tried their local food. Chinese cuisine was served in the outdoor restaurant.
Definitely, there was balcony missing.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. By and large, it was perfect base for sightseeing in Lisbon, had much fun and met professional and very efficient staff with other receptionist. The location was quiet and decent for walking around a Portuguese museum. The hotel was in a very very nice area, really close to restaurants and cafes and Lisbon landmarks.

The restaurant was nice at the top floor here, I had excellent dishes. The location was perfect and magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I was happy to find King Sushi, it was not very far from the hotel and served nice food.

We found out affordable prices in the hotel. All in all everything was modern, had a very good stay on a business trip. Its location was indeed perfect and only 5 minutes walk from a Portuguese museum. The area was nice quiet near the Corte Inglés department store as well as metro, mall, tourist bus, besides a good Italian restaurant and other restaurants and a bank, shops, close to bus terminal, airport.
